Reconnect
A downloadable game for Windows and Linux
Inspired by the likes of KUUKIYOMI and WarioWare, your goal is to get our red guy to our blue girl through a set of obstacles in five mini-games. From avoiding the hands of others to defeating a dragon, there's a lot in store for our couple and for our red guy to go through.
Will they ever reconnect, or were they just not meant to be?
Controls:
Each game will have their own set of control scheme, but they only use WASD and Mouse inputs. You can exit a mini-game by pressing the Escape button.

Install instructions
Extract the game in a folder. Simple!
Windows:
Double click on "Reconnect.exe" to play the game.
If you can't open the game, then uh...
Linux:
Double click on "Reconnect.x86_64" to play the game.
If you can't open the game, you must set its executable permissions first. The simplest way of doing it is right-clicking the executable and find the option to make it an executable .
It's different for every desktop environment. For example, in KDE Plasma (the same DE used for SteamOS 3; Steam Deck's Operating System) it's located in the "Permissions" tab and it's called "Is executable" underneat "Access Permission".
Alternatively, you can type "chmod +x Reconnect.x86_64" in the terminal. Just make sure you "cd"'d into the folder the game's located first of course.

Hello,
Last night I streamed your game. Overall, I was somewhat disappointed with the experience.
The game really seemed to lack some of the snappy "pizzazz" found in WarioWare, very evident by uncomfortable silence in each level which only seemed to amplify how slow each of these minigames moved.
I thought the art style was nice, and if this game had been tightened up and featured more robust sound work it might be a fun little time waster, but as it stands it's pretty rough.
I'm also aware this was part of a game jam game which I'll admit that I know nothing about the rules or contents of the speific game jam this game was developed for, such as what length of time the devs were given to make a game. I found this game while aimlessly browsing Itch for free games to play and critique on my stream.
If you'd like to watch my experience with your game, I've linked the archive below. You can click the timestamps to jump to when I start playing your game.
